NIGERIAN DWARF SALES POLICY

Reservations

A $50 deposit is required to reserve a kid. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fill your reservation. In that case, the deposit can be rolled over to a different breeding or it can be refunded. If you are interested in a kid but do not wish to leave a deposit, we will hold onto your request and contact you if there are kids available after all paid reservations have been filled.

Kids for sale will be available on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in reserving a kid from a particular breeding, please notify us and you will be placed on the list for that breeding. Once the kids are born, the first person on the list will be notified. If we do not make contact with that person within 48 hours, we move on to the next person in line. To confirm your purchase of the requested kid, we require 50% payment of the purchase price to hold the kid until pickup.  The balance is due at or prior to pick-up.

Buyer is responsible for any other fees such as health certificate and any other testing desired. If you want a kid with particular characteristics (show quality, heavy milker, blue eyes, polled, etc.) let us know and we will notify you if one comes available.
Bottle kids must be picked up by six weeks of age unless prior arrangements have been made. Adults and weaned kids must be picked up within 2 weeks of sale unless other arrangements have been made. Animals not picked up on time will be charged a boarding fee of $5 a day.
Lonesome Pine Farms reserves the right to retain any kid born on the farm.

Guarantees

Animals are guaranteed healthy when they leave our farm. Since we cannot control any stress that may occur as a result of the animal’s environment and care once it leaves our farm, we cannot offer any further guarantees. In the case of infertility, a replacement or refund will be given contingent upon a veterinary statement that the origin is genetic and the animal has received adequate care.

Price of Kids

Below are the general price ranges of kids. Once kids are born, they will be evaluated and the prices will be posted on the sales page. 

Nigerian Dwarf Does- $300-$500
Nigerian Dwarf Bucks-$250-$450
Wethers $125 each, NO MULTIPLE GOAT DISCOUNT ON WETHERS
